When you enquire, we collect the contact and business details you enter so we can assess the fit, respond and arrange a conversation. We also retain campaign identifiers and the page you arrived on to understand where enquiries come from.
How we use it.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, deliver our services and understand how people use this website. Enquiry records are handled through our portal and ClickUp. Booking and account-access services process the details you provide to them.
Website analytics.
We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand page visits and enquiry steps. PostHog session recordings mask form inputs and exclude the embedded enquiry form. Our analytics setup limits the information sent and respects supported browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
These services may use cookies or browser storage and process information outside Australia. You can restrict storage through your browser settings. The fictional OFF HOURS demonstration does not send submissions or use our production analytics.
Your information.
We use service providers to operate the website and respond to you. We retain information for service delivery, record keeping and resolving enquiries, and restrict access to people who need it.
