HEY SAGE SUPPLY is a supplementary creative service designed to increase ad volume without disrupting your existing creative process. It’s designed to sit quietly alongside your internal team, freelancers, or agencies — supporting execution where paid social demands consistency and scale, rather than replacing how you already work.

You retain full ownership of brand direction, campaign narratives, and hero concepts, while SUPPLY focuses on downstream execution.
Using approved angles, live performance insights, and existing assets, we produce scalable ad variations intended for testing, rotation, and iteration.
This approach reduces creative bottlenecks, extends the lifespan of strong ideas, and helps prevent fatigue in-market.

SUPPLY's aim is to maintain momentum, improve learning speed, and keep your ad account supplied with what it needs to perform.

SUPPLY Workflow


1. Centralised assets
Each brand has a shared Google Drive folder containing approved brand assets, reference creatives, and live ad examples. This keeps execution aligned with existing brand direction and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth.

2. Live inspiration board
Based on brands specified in your  intake, we compile a lightweight inspiration board featuring top-performing or relevant paid social ads. This board is used internally to guide execution and ensure outputs reflect current platform data — not to redefine brand direction.

3. Monthly intake
At the start of each month, you complete a short ClickUp form outlining priority products, angles, or live ads to build from. Direction stays focused on execution, not ideation.

4. Execution & production
Approved inputs are translated into supplementary ad variations — statics and animated formats designed for testing, rotation, and iteration within paid social.

5. Review & iteration
Creatives are delivered in batches for review. Iteration passes are used for copy or layout refinements, keeping momentum high without reopening concepts.

6. Delivery & handover
Final assets are delivered via Google Drive, organised and ready for launch. Unused assets do not roll over, ensuring a consistent monthly cadence.

I currently manage my own ads. Why should I use you?

If you currently manage your own ads, have complete clarity on what to do, it's not taking up too much time, it's not stressing you out, and you have great performance with a strong ROAS, I would recommend you keep doing it.

This is a pretty rare scenario though. And to be honest, I strongly believe business owners should not be in the weeds, managing their ads day in and day out. It's just not a high ROI use of your time - there's much more pressing priorities to focus on.

I've also personally spent $200m on ads across a wide range of business niches. In short, I know what works. No guess work needed, no stress, no ad anxiety.

How does payment work?

Once ads are officially live and launched, I'll send through the first invoice, which covers the first month of management. The invoice will then reoccur on the same day, each month. You can pay manually via my bank details, or automatically via Stripe.
