Are there any prerequisites for working together?

1. Ecommerce focus. It's where we do our best work and where the $700m+ in Shopify data we're pulling from actually applies. If you're outside ecom, reach out anyway — we'll be honest about whether it's a fit.

2. Minimum $10k/month in revenue. Below that threshold, ads aren't usually the bottleneck — product–market fit is — and you'd be better off spending the budget elsewhere first.

How do I know which tier (Core / Studio / Pro) is right for me?
