📝 Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Hey Sage Affiliate Program.
By participating, you agree to the following terms:
1. Commission Rate
You will earn a 15% commission on all client referrals who sign up and pay for services. Commissions are calculated based on the monthly retainer amount paid by the referred client.
2. Commission Duration
Commission is valid for as long as the referred client maintains an active, paying agreement. If the client cancels or pauses their agreement, commissions will also pause.
3. Lead Submission & Attribution
To ensure accurate tracking, all referrals must be submitted through the official Affiliate Lead Submission Form provided by Hey Sage. Only leads submitted through the form and converted within 60 days will be eligible for commission.
4. Payout Schedule
Commissions are paid monthly. Payment will be made via Wise, Paypal or Bank transfer. A minimum threshold of $50 in earned commissions may apply before payout is triggered. Please contact us directly with your payment details.
5. Client Churn or Refunds
If a client cancels their service, pauses payments, or receives a refund, commission payments for that client will be paused or adjusted accordingly.
6. Termination & Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms, pause the program, or terminate your participation at any time, especially in cases of misuse or dishonesty.
7. Legal Relationship
Participation in this program does not create any legal partnership, employment, or agency relationship. You are considered an independent promoter.
8. Acceptance
By submitting the affiliate form and ticking the agreement box, you agree to these terms and confirm the information you provide is accurate.
